Scope of Insurance
This insurance covers the legal liability assumed by the operator for up to compulsory insurance limits as per the Highways Traffic Code nr. 2918 when/if s(he) causes death of or injury to any one person or damage to any properties during the operation of a motor vehicle described in the policy   

Losses caused by trailers or semi-trailers (including light trailers) hauled to a vehicle or by vehicles hauled are covered under the towing insurance.  However trailers used for carrying humans shall be covered, provided that they will be provided under an additional TPL insurance whose special conditions will be further set forth in the policy.

The insurer shall bear reasonable and obligatory expenses incurred by the assured for averting or diminishing losses in an accident which occurs.  This insurance covers expenses incurred for the defense of the operator (assured) against claims in tort. The geographical limits of the insurance are valid within the Turkish boundaries.
