Covered risks;

a) Collision of the vehicle with motor or non-motor vehicles that can be operated at highways,
b) Accidents from collision of a standing or moving object due to sudden and external impacts made unintentionally on the vehicle by the insured or vehicle operator while in operation or not, or crash of the vehicle into such objects, and overturning, falling, rolling of the same, 
c) Acts made by third parties on a malicious intent or jokes,
d) Fire in the vehicle,
e) Stealing or attempting to steal vehicles.

It provides coverage for losses that any vehicle of transportation that can move on highways can sustain while in operation or not.

The Motor Own Damage Insurance covers losses even if they are caused by your own faults.

• Facultative Third Party Legal Liability: It covers bodily injuries and property damages that may be brought to third parties due to the operation of the vehicle and also the portion of the vehicle owner’s legal liability remaining over the coverage limits of the Compulsory TPL (Traffic) Insurance for up to limits set forth in the policy.
