Scope of Insurance

This insurance covers passengers, drivers and co-drivers traveling within the scope of intercity and international passenger transportation services during the period from the beginning of the transportation services until the end thereof, including stopovers, against consequences of any and all accidents from which they may suffer, under the following conditions.

The carrier noted in the policy should have a certificate of authority of carriers granted as per the Highways Transportation Code nr. 4925 of July 10 2003 and the passenger transportation should be made in accordance with provisions of this Code except in obligatory circumstances and the vehicle by which the transportation is made should be stated in the policy.
