Services under Group 1, 2, 3 are associated with the Loss of the Insured Vehicle and also with the Claim, and only one of such services can be used accordingly.
Group 1: 2 Units – If there is damage in the sheet plate for 10 cm, then such parts are repaired and 2 paint processes are made on such repaired parts.
Group 2: 4 Items - Partial paint processes are made for paint scratches of 30 cm with NO DAMAGE ON SHEET PLATES.
Group 3: 1 Unit – If there is damage on sheet plates for 10 cm, then such parts are repaired with only one paint process on the same part. In addition, two processes are made for paint scratches of 30 cm with NO DAMAGE ON SHEET PLATES.
A) GROUPS 1, 2 AND 3 ARE DETAILED IN A NON-INTERCHANGEABLE MANNER.
B) WHICHEVER CORRESPONDS TO SERVICES UNDER GROUPS 1, 2 OR 3 SHALL BE APPLICABLE FOR LOSSES OF POLICY HOLDERS. IF THE POLICYHOLDER’S RIGHTS OF REPAIR ARE NOT EXHAUSTED, THEN HE/SHE CAN RECEIVE SERVICES AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THE VALIDITY OF THE POLICY.
C) Our clients who never use any one of repair services contained under Groups 1, 2 and 3, shall be entitled to 2 x REPAIR SERVICES OF PAINT WITHOUT DAMAGE ON SHEET PLATES for any sabotage, paint stripping, and paint deformation (WITHOUT DAMAGE ON PLATE SHEETS) that may occur due to any chemical contact. All of rights under Groups 1, 2 and 3 shall be exhausted. Thus larger paint losses shall be repaired without having to open claim files.

In addition, we aim to preserve the originality of cars by providing aesthetic mini repair services to MOTOR OWN DAMAGE POLICY HOLDERS OF EURO SİGORTA, with regards to hail losses which have recently been sustained a lot due to the expansion of the global warming and natural disasters.
Motorcycles, motorbikes, agricultural vehicles, Trucks, Buses and commercial vehicles of 2.5 Tons with “Gross Vehicle Mass” are excluded from such mini repair services.
